ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT
Kerrie Bryant-Adams
TEAM MANAGER

Kerrie has been working with Association and member-based organisations for more than 30 years. She has held senior roles within not-for-profitt organisations and has experience in administration, financial reporting, event management, sponsorship procurement, human resource management, marketing and professional development.

Kerrie has a Bachelor of Business specialising in human resource management and marketing, as well as a diploma in market research. She has and works with a number of organisations on the Sunshine Coast looking after their board functions, minute taking, paying accounts, account and record keeping, MYOB processing, meeting preparations, event management, grantwriting, etc.

Kerrie is the first point of contact with team members and she will liaise and assign specialist staff for your requirements.

GOVERNANCE & COMPLIANCE
Barrie Adams
TEAM MANAGER

Barrie has enjoyed many careers in both the public and private sectors with senior government roles over the past 40years. He held the role of Regional Commissioner for ASIC for 10 years.

Barrie consults to companies and not-for-profit organisations in all aspects of corporate governance, compliance and structure. He is a Company Director and Chairman of various Compliance Committees.
Barrie can advise on corporate structures, governance, director’s responsibilities and duties and other support to board members and committees.

Barrie holds a degree in accounting, a public service medal and is a fellow of CPA Australia. Barrie also presents in his specialised topic areas of corporate governance, compliance and directors’ duties.

EVENT MANAGEMENT
Suellen Holland
TEAM MANAGER

Suellen has more than 20 years’ experience working with not-for-profit organisations and specialises in fundraising activities such as sponsorship, grants and fundraising proposals.

Suellen is an experienced event manager and is able to offer advice and guidance to Associations and Clubs in respect to maximising their fundraising activities. She has worked in both private and public sector and has also been a lecturer in event management studies at TAFE.

Suellen is well equipped to support organisations of all sizes maximise their fundraising activities.

Matthew Bryant
TEAM MANAGER

Matt has had more than 15 years’ experience working as a digital designer with a wide range of not-for-profit organisations, large and small corporate entities.

Matt’s specialises in branding, website design & development, advertising & promotion, social media and graphic design.

Matt can help you get your association looking great with a cohesive brand strategy along with a strong digital presence to help grow your association and provide unrivalled service to your members.
